By accessing this Website or applying for a loan through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
AlphaSalary operates as a lending facilitator and intermediates between borrowers and RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Companies ("NBFCs" or "Lending Partners"). We do not directly lend money. Means the short-term credit facility extended to the Borrower by the Lending Partner through the AlphaSalary platform, subject to the terms of the loan agreement executed between the Borrower and the Lending Partner.

To apply for a loan through AlphaSalary, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee loan approval. The final decision to sanction the loan rests solely with the Lending Partner based on their credit assessment policies, internal risk criteria, and applicable regulations.
The loan application process through AlphaSalary involves the following steps:
The interest rate on the loan shall not exceed 36% per annum on a reducing balance basis, in compliance with RBI guidelines. The applicable interest rate for your loan will be specified in the loan agreement and the Key Fact Statement provided to you before disbursement. The interest rate may vary based on your credit profile, loan amount, tenure, and the Lending Partner's policies.
A one-time processing fee may be charged by the Lending Partner for processing your loan application. The processing fee, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed in the Key Fact Statement and will be deducted from the disbursed loan amount or charged separately as specified in the loan agreement.
The following charges may apply as specified in the loan agreement:
All fees and charges are subject to change as per the Lending Partner's policies and applicable regulations. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
The repayment schedule, including the due date, total amount payable, and the breakup of principal and interest, will be clearly specified in the loan agreement and the Key Fact Statement. The repayment is typically aligned with your salary cycle and falls due on a date agreed upon at the time of loan disbursement.
You may repay the loan through any of the following methods:
You may prepay the outstanding loan amount in full or in part at any time without any prepayment penalty. Prepayment will result in interest being charged only up to the date of prepayment, helping you reduce your total cost of borrowing.
A default occurs when you fail to pay the total outstanding amount (principal, interest, and any applicable charges) on or before the due date specified in the loan agreement. A payment is considered completed only when the full due amount is successfully credited to the Lending Partner's designated account.
In the event of default, the following actions may be taken:
If you anticipate difficulty in making a repayment, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team at info@alphasalary.com or call us at +91-9319020901 before the due date. We will attempt to work with you and the Lending Partner to explore possible solutions, subject to the Lending Partner's policies and discretion.
